Recently, SANY’s first “Overseas SANY Class” completed its training at the Indonesia Global Training Center of SANY Asia Pacific. The milestone marks a significant achievement in SANY’s “Lighthouse Factory Academy” project and serves as a model for collaborative education with local schools.
In early July, 34 Indonesian students from the University of Singaperbangsa Karawang (UNSIKA) were rigorously selected to participate in a three-month systematic training at SANY Indonesia’s Global Training Center. The training, instructed by teachers from SANY Industrial Vocational and Technical College, Perkasa/National Service Department, and the Indonesian HR Department, covers theoretical and practical training in key modules such as excavator operation, electrical, hydraulic, and commissioning and maintenance, as well as courses on company culture and knowledge of Indonesian products on sale.
At the conclusion of the training, SANY recognized the “All-round Star”, “Learning Star”, and “Practical Star” and awarded rewards to outstanding students based on evaluations throughout the program.
“The ‘SANY class’ helps these students improve their professional skills, broaden their international perspective, and offer their employment opportunities,” stated Rizal Hanifi, deputy dean of UNSIKA. In the closing ceremony, Mr. Deng Haijun, deputy GM of SANY Indonesia Perkasa, welcomed these students into the SANY family and expressed his hopes for their continued growth within the company.
By partnering with local educational institutions, the “Lighthouse Factory Academy” exemplifies SANY's dedication to localizing its workforce and nurturing future talent. This initiative not only enhances the professional skills of Indonesian students but also integrates them into SANY’s global vision. Through these partnerships, SANY is paving the way for a sustainable future, empowering the next generation to thrive in an ever-evolving job market.
