On December 23, the commissioning ceremony for the Xiangqiong Sany (Hainan) Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park was held at the Xiangqiong Advanced Manufacturing Joint Industrial Park in Dongfang City. As one of the first enterprises to settle in the park and a landmark project, its launch marks another substantial step forward in cross-provincial industrial cooperation between Hunan and Hainan.

With a total investment of 600 million yuan and covering 150 mu (approximately 25 acres), the Xiangqiong Sany (Hainan) Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park is Sany Group's first global remanufacturing base for construction machinery. Centered on the construction machinery industry, the project primarily engages in the maintenance and remanufacturing of core mechanical components and used equipment from both domestic and international markets. Since breaking ground in August 2023, the project has advanced rapidly, completing all equipment installation by mid-December this year and achieving its production commencement target on schedule.

Leveraging policy advantages such as processing value-added tax exemptions and bonded remanufacturing under Hainan Free Trade Port's closed-loop operation, the project will combine Hunan's high-end equipment manufacturing base to focus on expanding “two ends outside” business. It aims to establish a regional remanufacturing hub and resource distribution platform serving both domestic and international markets. Upon full production capacity, annual output is projected to reach approximately 750 million yuan.

At the ceremony, Tang Xiuguo, Chairman of Sany Group, stated that this project represents a key strategic move in deepening the Group's globalization, digitalization, and low-carbon initiatives. Moving forward, Sany will actively explore new remanufacturing models to support “Hunan's global expansion and Hainan's outstanding development,” injecting fresh momentum into the region's high-quality growth.

Wang Daoxi, Member of the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Vice Governor; Yang Guoqiang, Vice Governor of Hainan Province; and Xiang Silong, Director of Sany Group, attended the production commencement ceremony.
